- Blogs typically annoy me because they are so often forums for people to vent their opinions. While I have strong opinions about health care, an economist I am not, an expert in this very complex issue I am not. So I aim to keep this largely a place for resources, news and relevant facts. It all speaks for itself. And, when one is able to detach a bit from the ridiculousness, perhaps we can see that this is an exciting time - when the U.S. might be poised to make an evolutionary shift and take a step toward catching up with the rest of the "developed" world.
